Avalon at Telfair in Sugar Land is being developed exclusively by Taylor Morrison in partnership with Newland Communities. Forbes’ list of the Top Towns to Live Well ranks Sugar Land among its top 25 cities based on cultural amenities, pro-business environments, highly educated workforces and enviable salaries.

Located at U. S. 59 South at University Boulevard, Avalon at Telfair has quick access to area museums, shopping malls and town centers, restaurants, business centers, churches, and acclaimed Ft. Bend schools. Avalon at Telfair is zoned to Colony Meadows Elementary, Fort Settlement Middle School and Clements High School.  Within walking distance, The University of Houston at Sugar Land campus offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in more than 20 areas from the four UH System universities.
